NRT 1CS+ QUEST BLOCK

Hello,

I am 1CS since a few days and i have a big problem, i cannot do the quests lvl 121+, i am 1CS 5 and i should have unlocked many quests so far but not. It stays red saying i havent the appropriate level.

No have quest lv 121 Lvl 1020 is 1CS20. Lvl 1CS is 1000 and 1010 is 1cs10
