NRT GUILD LOST BECAUSE OF 5 DAYS SERVERS OFF

After 5 days without being able to access the game, my guild has been erased, and i guess it is the case of everyone in the game ? Is there any solution to get our guild back or any compensation for all this mess ? Please help thank you !
