VHT Bug: Talent issue with pirate flag

Anyways, I've found this bug that has to do with the talent. See this for example;

Can any mod check this and see if there's anything to do? I found that reloading the game, clearing cache etc. Something that involves refreshing the screen will fix this, but I want this bug to at least disappear permanently. It's a minor bug, but it's still interesting enough.

fair point. I'm also starting to theorize it could be a cause of some mounts giving the character talent stat which may result in this bug
