VHT Easy change faction (trận doanh)?

I've just recently returned to the game. My guild is not active anymore. From the description, it seems like many guild member moved to another guild, which is top 1.

The problem is, the guild there is in another faction (trận doanh). I would need to change faction to Tay Hai (I am in Nam Hai). It will cost 5000 gold to change faction. Does the limited discount have a visa to change faction? If yes, how much does it cost? I do not want to restart from the beginning, however I am not p2w as well, so I am troubled.
